If you contact 111 during Saturday or Sunday between 8.00 a.m. and before 1pm you will be directed to your nearest available service.
When you arrive at some Emergency Departments you may also be re-directed to the practice if it is clinically appropriate.

We will contact you with an appointment in your Birthday month if you require any monitoring for your health conditions as part of your medication review. The medication review will be done following these checks. You may/ may not need to see a Clinician or Health Professional about these.
