Mrs Loraine Mason (f)

Loraine was welcomed in March 2020 as Practice Business Manager.

Mrs Helen Letts (f)

Finance Manager - Helen is responsible for managing all aspects of the Finance and accounts for the practice such as making sure that the right contracts are in place to provide a high quality of patient care. Helen will support the Practice Manager as well as the GPs and other medical professionals to ensure an efficient service is delivered.


Mrs Lynne Miles (f)

Assistant Practice Manager - Lynne assists with the management of the practice, its policies and procedures. She is responsible for arranging staff training and takes the lead in all elements of the clinical system and supports IT in dealing with all elements of the computer troubleshooting.

Lynne assists with Complaints and patient/staff feedback. She is also responsible for the arrangements and construction of the Doctors and Nurse Rotas.


Carol, Alex, Eve and Courtney look after all of the results, letters and investigations that come into the practice.


Receptionists provide an important link for patients with the practice and are your initial contact point for general enquiries. They can provide basic information on services and results and direct you to the right person depending on your health issue or query. Receptionists make most of the patient appointments with the GPs and nurses. They also perform other important tasks such as issuing repeat prescriptions and dealing with prescription enquiries, dealing with financial claims, dealing with patient records and carrying out searches and practice audits.

These ladies are complimented by Maxine, Ann, Marion, Dawn, Liz, Sue, Elizabeth, Sophie, Sharon, Dwayne, Kathleen, Katie, Karen and Jessica  who are all here to help you receive an efficient service.


Pauline and Stephanie the practice team of Secretaries deal with typing referral letters, processing forms and copying Medical Records.
